PORTRAIT-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes (30 if a mini session) of portrait shooting time. If client is booking for a private event, client will receive the amount of time they request upon booking their event (ex. 2 hours, 3 hours, etc.)

DEPOSIT: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book a session date/time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated). 

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the session begins on time. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Alisha Rudd.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining a print release for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.)
